I have been dedicated to breeding Ragdolls for the past 12 years but I am also embarking on my new found

passion and close relative of the Ragdoll - The RagaMuffin.

A group of friends and myself  have decided to work together and import the RagaMuffin cat into

the UK and set up a club  “The United Kingdom RagaMuffin Cat Society”. The UKRMCS is the only GCCF

RagaMuffin Club in the UK and all its breeders have to sign a strict code of ethics to be a registered breeder.

All our hard work recently paid off when the RagaMuffin name was recognised by the GCCF

and given the breed number 60, we can now exhibit these beautiful cats at GCCF shows. More recently and

after lots of hard work, we gained preliminary status and can now show our beautiful cats at Merit level

There will be no out crossing to Ragdolls in the UK, and along with strict registration, breeding policies and

standard of points that we have produced we feel this is the way forward and will ensure that

although the two breeds have similar ancestry they are two completely different breeds of cat

and therefore ensure the differences remain between the two breeds in the UK.

I also belong to RAG which have very strict breeding guidelines of which will be adhered to.

The first Ragamuffin arrived in the UK on the 5th February 2009,  He is

Amitissami Mr Mubbins a solid blue and white and with such a wonderful temperament.

shortly after arrived Rivendell Rags Indian sunset, she is a beautiful blue mink tortie tabby.

I will always adore my Ragdolls but love the Rainbow of colours that the RagaMuffin comes in and

they have such a wonderful personality and always want to be on your lap- so again I am smitten.
